Managing conversations
The left sidebar contains all your conversations. You can search, organize and retrieve them easily.
Create a new conversation
Click the + Nouveau (New) button at the top of the sidebar. A new empty conversation is created.
Conversation history
Conversations are grouped by date:
- Aujourd'hui (Today)
- 7 derniers jours (Last 7 days)
- 30 derniers jours (Last 30 days)
- Plus ancien (Older)
Each conversation shows its title (automatically generated from your first question), message count and date.
Search for a conversation
Use the Rechercher... (Search) field at the top of the sidebar to filter conversations by title.
Filter conversations
Four tabs allow filtering the list:

| Univers (Universes) | Filter by product universe |
| Archives | Archived conversations |
| Favoris (Favorites) | Conversations marked as favorites |
Conversation actions
Click the menu (three dots) to the right of a conversation to access actions:
- Rename: change the conversation title
- Archive: move to archives
- Mark as favorite: add to favorites
- Delete: permanently delete the conversation
WARNING
Deleting a conversation is irreversible. All questions and answers will be lost.
Conversation limit
The conversation count is displayed at the bottom of the sidebar (e.g. 5/50). This limit is set by your administrator.
Conversation settings
Click the gear icon next to the + Nouveau button to access conversation settings.
